Moving of Vehicles for Snow Removal

  • Read the process for the plowing instructions and please follow the sequence so that the crew can move through the complex quickly.  Time is money.  If questions please call management.
  • Please do not PARK AND LEAVE your vehicle in either entrance or any driveway without staying in the vehicle and being ready to move.  Roads must be kept open for plowing, salting, towing, and emergency vehicles.
  •  Unless you’re leaving the property, only move your car when your parking area is about to be plowed, to allow use of drives for plow equipment and unit vehicles whose area is currently being plowed.
  • Do not park in any visitors overnight before a predicted storm. If you leave the complex before plowing is completed in your area, make certain you take all vehicles with you or make arrangements for someone to move them for you.
  • No one is to engage the crew in any discussions as this means time and money to them. Above all, abusive language or getting in the way of their machines or holding up their work will not be tolerated.  If reported to management you will be subject to further action by the board.
