Board of Director Meetings
The Cedar Hollow Board of Directors meetings are the 4th Wednesday of the month. The first portion of the meeting is the Executive Session where we discuss confidential matters relating to unit owners and/or contractors. This part of the meeting is not open to the unit owners.
The regular board meeting where we discuss all other matters begins at 6:30 pm. This part of the meeting is open to all unit owners and we welcome your attendance.
All meetings are held via an electronic ZOOM meeting. The meeting invitation is sent out each month and all are welcome to attend.
DUE TO THE PANDEMIC ALL MEETINGS ARE VIRTUAL. YOU WILL GET EMAIL FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO SIGN INTO MEETING.
